📜 Terms & Conditions – Kodom Mart 

Welcome to Kodom Mart. By accessing and using our services (website, app, or social media platforms), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ✅ Product Information

• We try our best to display products accurately, including size, color, and details.
• Actual product color may slightly vary due to screen resolution and photography.
• Sizes are mentioned clearly in the size chart; customers are advised to check before ordering.

2. 💰 Pricing & Payments

• All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept multiple payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order with prior notification.

3. 📦 Orders & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
• Product will be delivered with in 3 to 7 working days
• Tracking details will be shared after shipment.

4. 🔁 Return & Exchange

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as per our Return Policy.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Return pickup is available in most pin codes.

5. 💸 Refunds

• Refunds will be Credited  as per our Refund Policy and usually take 7 working days.
• For COD orders, refund will be transferred to UPI/bank account.

6. ❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer care.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, only returned after delivery.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Data Use

• Your personal data (name, address, contact, payment info) is kept secure and used only for order processing and communication.
• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
