👕 Return Policy – Kodom Mart

At Kodom Mart, we want you to look and feel your best in our clothing. If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered with a simple 7-day return policy.

✅ Eligible for Return

You can return your T-shirt or shirt if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and labels are attached
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
You have the original order ID/invoice
It’s the same product you received (no item swap)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Used, washed, or damaged items
Items without original tags/packaging
Personalized or altered clothing
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

Share your Order ID, product photo, and reason for return
We will schedule a return pickup within 2–3 working days
Once the product is received and verified, refund or replacement will be initiated

💸 Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Kodom Mart will bear the pickup and shipping cost.
In case of size issue or change of mind, the customer will bear return shipping charges.

Refunds are issued via:

Bank Transfer
UPI
Original Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your UPI or bank account

⏳ Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

✅ Conditions for Refund

Refund will be initiated only after full verification of returned item.
Partial refunds are allowed if the item is partially defective or damaged.
No restocking or processing fees will be charged.
